Everbuild Everflex Premium+ 450 Builders Silicone Sealant - White (300ml) (450WE)

This low modulus, non-corrosive, neutral cure silicone sealant is the perfect sealant to have around the construction site since it will adhere to nearly every material you might find on site including both porous and non-porous surfaces. Additionally, since this sealant can flex up to 25% it is perfect for creating construction expansion joints and for perimeter pointing window and door frames.

• Suitable for use on glass, metal, wood, plastic, polycarbonate, lead, copper, zinc and many more common building materials.
• Perfect for use over solvent-based paints and water-based paints since it has a high resistance to plasticiser migration.
• Great to use with PVCu and plastic since it has a very low dirt pick up meaning you will get clean and strong seals.
• Can be used for general glazing sealing and weatherproofing since it will adhere excellently to glass, metals, plastics and timber.
